The most important part of your order, crucial to the quality of the final canvas, is the quality of the image(s) you upload. Below are some tips and guidelines to make sure yours is just right.
– Take a photo or choose an existing photo that is taken with good lighting or outside with good contrast.
– Use a high quality camera or smart phone.
– Make sure your pets whole face & neck is visible in the photo(s).
– To make sure we correctly capture your pet’s coloring and fur, avoid overly filtered photos.
– Make sure your pet is at eye level, facing forward. Other positions are acceptable, but your pet will be shown in that position on the final canvas.
Note: In some cases we are able to remove collars, tags and leashes (you can make a note of that in the message box at checkout).

Not sure if your images will work?
Email us your image (augidogart@gmail.com) and we’ll let you know. We often create portraits of pets that have passed away, so we understand it’s not always possible to follow all of the guidelines. In many cases, we can still make it work.
